Formed in 2006, No Way Band was conceived and founded by two musicians, Danilo Boccato (guitar) and Daniel Bianchi (drums), former members of cover bands from São Paulo, in order to make music showing their own style and seeking other like-minded musicians.
Later, the singer Diana Arnos joined the band, bringing the guttural vocals to the songs, and then bass player Felipe Ribeiro, bringing the sound of a well worked bass. At the end of 2008, Rodrigo Alves, a former student of Danilo Boccato, enters the band, assuming the other guitar. With this formation, the compositions gained life with the influences of its members by bands like Pantera, Black Label Society, Testament and Metallica, but making an original and distinctive sound.
Thus, the band played at several events, among them the 4th Manifesto Rock Fest, and the 1th Osasco’s Independent Bands Festival, winning the awards for best band and best original song for "Leading Way to Suicide."
In August, 2010, were invited to open the 1st Abutre’s Motor Rock Fest, Abutre’s Motorcycle Club party, Osasco’s faction.
In early 2011, Danilo Boccato leaves and the band chooses to continue with just one guitar. Later that year, the band won the 8th Manifesto Rock Fest, which had become one of the biggest music festivals from São Paulo, receiving great releases from the media.
By July, 2012, the band releases its first single, "Leading Way To Suicide", which has been playing at web radios from Brazil.
Currently, the band is recording its first album, scheduled to be released by the 1º semester of 2013.

Formada em 2006, a Banda No Way foi idealizada e fundada por dois músicos, Danilo Boccato (guitarra) e Daniel Bianchi (bateria), ex-integrantes de bandas cover de São Paulo, com o intuito de fazer musicas próprias mostrando seu estilo e buscando outros músicos para o complemento do projeto.
Posteriormente, a vocalista Diana Arnos ingressou na banda, marcando assim a característica de vocais fortes nas composições, e depois o baixista Felipe Ribeiro, trazendo a sonoridade de um baixo bem trabalhado. No final de 2008 Rodrigo Alves, ex-aluno de Danilo Boccato, entra na banda, assumindo outra guitarra. Com esta formação, as composições próprias foram tomando forma, devido às influencias de seus integrantes por bandas como Pantera, Black Label Society, Testament e Metallica, porém fazendo um som original e característico.
Assim, a banda participou de vários eventos, dentre eles o 4º Manifesto Rock Fest, e o I Festival de Bandas Independentes de Osasco, do qual saíram vitoriosos, levando os prêmios de melhor banda e melhor musica própria, com “Leading Way to Suicide”. Em agosto de 2010, foram convidados para abrir o 1º Abutre’s Rock Motor Fest, festa do Motoclube Abutre’s, facção Osasco.
No começo de 2011, o guitarrista Danilo Boccato deixa a banda e esta opta por continuar com apenas uma guitarra. Com esta formação, a banda vence o 8º Manifesto Rock Fest, obtendo ótimas criticas de suas apresentações pela mídia especializada.
Em julho de 2012 a banda lança o seu primeiro single, “Leading Way to Suicide”, tocando em várias web rádios brasileiras.
Atualmente a banda está focada na gravação do seu primeiro álbum full lenght, previsto para o primeiro semestre de 2013.
